Health Insurance Program

The NLA has established a health insurance program with a goal to save NLA members on their monthly premiums. 

Members can begin enrollment on the first of any month (all paperwork must be completed by the 15th of the month preceding effective date). The program offers an Aetna plan option and a Private HealthCare Systems (PHCS) option which is part MultiPlan. Enrollment information and full rate tier pricing are below.

2. Gather copy of most recent invoice and current plan description.

   • If you have not done so already, please have all benefit-eligible employees complete the PHQ at the link below. Please note: You cannot enroll in the program until the questionnaires have been submitted.

   • Once all eligible employees have completed PHQ, group will be underwritten within three business days.
3. Review assigned rate tier and plan options with World Health representatives.
4. Choose plan(s) and get enrolled for the first of any month.
   • All paperwork must be completed by the 15th of the month preceding the effective date.
